Opinions of Value: For those clients requiring a formal opinion of value of their property for any of a variety of personal reasons, Cherokee Real Estate can provide Broker's Opinions of Value for a modest fee. We are not licensed as real estate appraisers and our service is not valid in all circumstances. Where the services of a licensed appraiser are required, Cherokee Real Estate will be happy to provide the names of competent licensed appraisers.
