It is wired for technology and security and has central gas heat and electric air. The facility uses the Cherokee Real Estate parking lot, which can accommodate over 25 vehicles. The facility rents for $1,200.00 per month and the security deposit is $1,200.00. The tenant pays all utilities. This facility also complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and is a non-smoking facility as well.

Tenants are required to execute a lease. The minimally acceptable term is for six months although we reserve the right to require a longer term. Under certain circumstances we will consider modifications to the facility if they will benefit both the tenant and the landlord.
